Banana Bay Condominiums are located on the Banana River behind the Publix shopping center in central Cocoa Beach. A private gate allows easy access for residents to shop or eat at the many stores and restaurants in the Banana Square center.

Banana Bay is a large complex consisting of 2 midrise buildings housing 24 units each on the river and 22 townhome buildings housing 4 units in each. The lush landscaping is well-known throughout Cocoa Beach.
