CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION FORM

I wish to reserve the Banana Bay Condominium Association Clubhouse for the purpose

of______________________________________________________________________

To reserve the Clubhouse, a check for a $100 deposit must be delivered to the clubhouse office or management company, with this completed form, at least ten (10) days prior to the requested reservation date

The pool area is not available for exclusive use when reserving the clubhouse.

Available parking spaces within the Condominium grounds are limited and for the most part assigned to residents.  Please instruct your guests to park in regular open spaces in any of the four (4) townhouse parking lots or along the road’s edge.

Reserving the clubhouse for private use requires a damage deposit of $100.00.  The deposit will be returned, providing no damage occurs to Banana Bay property, either in the Clubhouse or to the Association grounds. The Clubhouse must be left clean and in good condition. The host agrees to be responsible for any condominium or clubhouse property damages in excess of the security deposit.

We have a limited number of chairs and tables available for your use.  Please let us know in advance if tables and chairs are required from the storage area.
