The Buena Vista Condominium was built in the early 1960's as a motel. It became a condominium in 1972. Buena Vista consists of 24 units; a mixture of 1 bedroom, 1 bath units and 2 bedroom, 2 bath units. The condominium is just steps away from the beach and many owners like to get together for cookouts in the common areas.

In 1999-2000 the property went through a major renovation of balconies and walkways. All units are owned fee-simple, with a Right of First Refusal on all sales. This means that current owners have the option to purchase the unit at the same price as a prospective buyer, if they file notice in a timely manner.

Currently, the monthly fees are $330.00 per month.

Each unit has one assigned parking space. Additional parking is available across the street in metered spaces. The City of Cocoa Beach offers parking stickers for $5 per vehicle to Cocoa Beach residents.
