RULES & REGULATIONS

PARKING

1. All owners/residents are to park in their assigned and marked area only. Unassigned spaces will be marked and may be used by guests and visitors

    only. It is the responsibility of owners/residents to inform their guests and visitors of the parking arrangements.

2. Only emergency repairs are permitted on the premises.
3. All vehicles must be properly tagged, registered and in good running order.
4  Parking lot area is to kept clean and free of debris.
5. No Boats, Campers or Trailers are to be kept on the premises.

BUILDING AREA.

1. All common areas must be kept clear. No private property, such as grills, bikes, fishing equipment, surfboards etc. may be stored within the common

    elements.  All personal belongings must be stored inside unit.
2. No towels, clothing, rugs etc. may be hung from balconies or railings.

OCCUPANTS

1. All Owners/Rental Agents must notify the Association as to who the individuals are that will be using the Units; whether they are guests or are renters; the

     length of their stay; relevant automobile information. Rental Profile must be filled out.
2. Any resident having guests for more than 7 days must notify the Association of their stay.
3. No Unit may be occupied, at any time, by more than 5 persons in a two-bedroom Unit, and by more than 3 persons in a one-bedroom Unit.
4. The minimum rental period for any Unit shall be thirty (30) days.
5. No loud noises or disturbances, such as laundry, loud stereos and TVs, etc are permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am for the sake of

    the common good and convenience.
6. All garbage and trash is to be properly bagged and sealed and disposed of in the dumpsters located on the west side of the building. The dumpster on the

    east side, at the beach, is a city receptacle and is not intended for our use.
7. The Association must be informed of any work requiring City Permits, undertaken in any unit, and a copy of the Permit must be provided to the

    Association. Any trash, including building materials, discarded appliances etc, must be disposed of according to City Regulations.
8. Pest control service is performed monthly, currently on the first Thursday of each month. All owners are required to supply a key to their unit for

    purposes of pest control and emergencies.
9. Pets are permitted, but are restricted to one dog or two cats per unit and under 30lbs total weight. All pets must be kept under control and must be

    leashed when outside the Units.  Pets may not be tethered to any part of the building.
