Minutes of the Annual Members’ Meeting held
March 7, 2017

Call to order by the President: The meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm, hoping a few more people would attend.

Proof of notice of the meeting or waiver of notice: Manager Michelle Davis stated that notice had been mailed out 3 weeks in advance of the meeting and emailed to all with email addresses.

Quorum of Members Attained: Manager reported that 21 proxies had been received and 18 unit owners attended in person, for a total of 39 units represented. Sixty-nine units were required for a quorum, so the meeting was continued for informational purposes only.

Reading of the Minutes of the 2016 Annual Meeting: This was waived, since the quorum wasn’t met.

Reports of officers: None

Reports of Committees: No committees

Determination of number of Directors: Only 3 offered to serve, so Clyde Hoover, Barbara Peterson and April Scott will be the board members for 2017. They will appoint two more at the Organizational meeting.

Election of Directors: No election required. Only 3 owners offered to serve.

Unfinished business: None

New Business: None

Adjournment: There being no business to transact, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.


Minutes of the Organizational Meeting
Held Immediately following the Annual Meeting

Call to order by the Chairman of Elections: Barb called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm.

Determination of Officers: Clyde motioned to keep the officers the same: Barb as president, Clyde as VP and April as treasurer. April seconded, all in favor.

Appointment of Other Board members: Clyde motioned to appoint Tim Sparks to serve on the new 2017 Board of Directors. Barb seconded, all in favor. Barb motioned to appoint Carole Langmesser for as long as she is able to serve. Clyde seconded, all in favor.

Adjournment: There being no further business to transact, the meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm.
