Some items that you may not be aware of: 

  • Clubhouse has had all the rotted T-111 wood replaced on the outside, and the building has been painted. New LED lights have been installed on the exterior of the clubhouse. A new pool table rests inside the clubhouse. A new 55 inch screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD system has been installed in the clubhouse. This TV is also a “Smart TV” so you can watch movies on Netflix or Hulu with your own account. The clubhouse is now a “Wi-Fi Hotspot” thru Bright house. The connection directions are posted inside the clubhouse.
  • All of the parking lot has been seal coated and all the parking lines have been painted. In each of the parking stalls in front of the buildings now read “Decal”, so this will help all visitors who come onto the property know that they cannot park in residence parking spots as they do not have a decal on their cars. Remind them that they must continue to park in visitors/guest parking, which is on the side of building 500/800 facing Greenboro Drive and on the side of buildings 100/400/700 facing the canal, or in front of the clubhouse/office. Parking anywhere else on the property without a decal will result in the vehicle being towed.

Garrett's Run is a beautiful community of 120 units set in 10 buildings surrounded by large oak trees. The community has a pool, tennis court, weight room, racquetball courts and a clubhouse. 2017 maintenance fees are $380 per unit.

RDI has been managing this association since 2011 and looks forward to working with all the owners and addressing all concerns promptly.
