Palm Bay Estates became a "Resident-Owned" Mobile Home Park Cooperative Association in 1995. Residents purchase "shares" in the Association. This community covers approximately 39 acres and has 261 home lots. 

Amenities include a heated pool and large renovated clubhouse. The "boatyard" houses residents' boats and has a boat launch and areas to fish. Some of the lots sit on a canal off Turkey Creek, which leads to the Indian River which is part of the Intracoastal Waterway. These canals are full of fish, turtles and sometimes you will even see an alligator. 

The shareholder fee is $165.00 per month which includes lawn mowing, cable, pool, clubhouse, boatyard pavilion and reserve funding. This community has private roads and utilities.

Palm Bay Estates is a "55 and over" community and is a very active adult park. Activities include bingo, line dancing, darts, pool, exercise classes and much more.
