Pelican
Point Condominiums consists of 131 units within three four-story buildings.
These
condominiums are located on the banks of the Indian River directly across
from a majority of NASA's launch pads.
With a heated pool,
tennis court, shuffleboard and many social activities, Pelican Point is a very desirable place to
live! Monthly fees are $230.00.
* The association is in the process of obtaining bids to renovate and update the elevator cabs and mechanical systems. There will be a special assessment in mid-2012 to cover a portion of this renovation. More information will be forthcoming as it is known.
