Pelican Point Condominiums consists of 131 units within three four-story buildings.

These condominiums are located on the banks of the Indian River directly across from a majority of NASA's launch pads.

With a heated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard and many social activities, Pelican Point is a very desirable place to live! Monthly fees are $275.00.

The parking lot and incoming driveway at Pelican Point were re-surfaced in September. Take a look at the beautiful job at the bottom of this page.
