Quick Overview of Rules:

1.       Laundry Room Washing machines REQUIRE the Liquid He (High Efficiency) LIQUID soap. Only ¼ Cup is needed. This is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for use of the machines.

2.       The condo’s Governing Documents allow up to 2 pets under 29 pounds.

3.       There is limited boat and trailer parking. The resident must obtain permission from management to park these. Proof of ownership by copy of registration is required.

4.       Larger vehicles and boats/trailers must be parked on the far south side of the lot next to the fence. We periodically trim the shrubs planted there, so will need vehicles moved away periodically with 3 days’ notice.

5.       Only ONE (1) vehicle per unit may park in the “Owner” spaces at the front of the buildings. If you are not using your car on a daily basis, we ask that it be parked in the west spaces.

6.      Minimum Rental Period is 30 days.
