Sunrise Landing is located directly on the banks of the Indian River in Port St. John. The complex consists of 236 units housed in 26 buildings. The developement is divided into three separate Condominium Associations; SL-1, SL-2 & SL-3. Current (2010) monthly fees are: SL-1: $267.00, SL-2: $266.00 and SL-3: $268.00.

 

The complex has 2 pools, a tennis court, 2 fishing docks, 2 car wash areas for residents, and an on-site office in Unit #105 of building 7350,  which is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

 

Maintenance and repairs are a high priority at Sunrise Landing. If you see any problems such as lights out, sprinklers not set correctly, issues with trash, etc, please call our management office with the details. We thank you for helping us keep Sunrise Landing in top shape!
