Sunrise Landing is located directly on the banks of the Indian River in Port St. John. The complex consists of 236 units housed in 26 buildings. Current (2007) monthly fees are $250.00.

 

The complex has 2 pools, a tennis court, 2 fishing docks, 2 car wash areas for residents, and an on-site office in Unit #105 of building 7350,  which is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

 

Porch and enclosure repairs have started but the work will take many months to complete. Maintenance and repairs are a high priority at Sunrise Landing.
