Village Square is a beautiful community of 11 buildings situated in a tree-filled area of Titusville, less than 4 miles from the Indian River. Residents can drive, walk or bike down to the river where there is fishing, boating and watching rockets take off from the NASA Space Center right across the water from Harrison Street.

Village Square has a clubhouse that is used for many social activities, including parties for the residents at almost every holiday of the year. The clubhouse looks out over the pool, and is a social gathering place.

Each unit has its own parking space, and there are guest spots as well.

Pest control and trash pick up are included in the monthly fee, but water, power and cable costs are billed separately to each unit. Village Square has fully-funded reserves, and the buildings and grounds are well maintained.

There are weight limits on pets (maximum 2 pets per unit and both may be no larger than 14 inches in height at the shoulder at maturity) and minimum rental periods and rules ( minimum one month rental is allowed, but no more than 3 leases in a one-year period, and paperwork and a $50 application fee are required. Once the background check is completed, there will be an interview of the prospective tenant).

Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, the post office and other small shops are within walking distance of Village Square. It is a beautiful place to call home.
